The organizers of Ken Kennedy Institute events invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone. The Institute works to increase tolerance, opportunity and diversity in an effort to continually encourage the open exchange of ideas. For these reasons, the Ken Kennedy Institute is committed to providing a harassment-free experience at all the events it organizes.

Reporting:

Ken Kennedy Institute event participants can report incidents directly to either Angela Wilkins (Angela.d.wilkins@rice.edu) or Michelle Atkinson (Michelle.atkinson@rice.edu). All reports will be followed up on swiftly and sent to the appropriate offices at Rice University as warranted.

Any participant found to be violating the standards may be expelled from the event at the discretion of the organizers. If you believe you have been subjected to any type of conduct prohibited by Rice University we urge you to report the incident immediately.
